Purnomo Putra - Vice President

Purnomo has over a decade of management consulting experience in various industries ranging from CPG, Telecom, Manufacturing & Process Industries, Aviation, Media, Retail and Private Equity.

He primarily focuses on operational & financial due diligence and improvement, end to end supply chain and network optimization, organization transformation, and growth strategy. He was previously an Engagement Manager with A.T. Kearney in Chicago, Kuala Lumpur and Indonesia.

Purnomo completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University in New York.

Currently he resides in Jakarta and globe trots to run engagements both on site and remotely. In his free time, Purnomo enjoys hiking, traveling, swimming, and playing drums.

Consulting Director

Avik Basu - Consulting Director

Avik has 15+ years of management consulting and M&A advisory experience in industries ranging from Manufacturing, Financial Services, Utilities, and Private Equity. His functional experience lies in commercial due-diligence, carve-out due diligence, post-merger integration, Target Operating Model, stand alone cost analysis, business Transformation, and process re-engineering.

Prior to DPO, Avik was a Director with PwC’s Deals Advisory business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and his MBA from Yale School of Management.

After spending 6 years in New York, he currently resides in New Delhi, India. In his free time, Avik likes playing table tennis, taking on organization and decluttering projects, and personal finance coaching for the underserved.

BPO Manager

Melisa - BPO Manager

Melisa joined DPO&Co in August 2021 as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Manager.

She studied and graduated from Australian Catholic University majoring in Commerce and has years of experience working for both Australian and Indonesian companies with a strong background in business advisory and accounting.

Prior to joining the firm, she has successfully assisted foreign direct investors to incorporate the company process in Indonesia through implementing the fundamental understanding of the Indonesian market and helped in areas such as business process outsourcing and company establishment process.

Additionally, she has also worked as a consultant providing a wide range of services for both corporate and individual clients including advisory services, accounting, individual and corporate taxation, corporate establishment, payroll administration, human resource compliance and payroll administration, and other Adhoc - administrative tasks.

Melisa is currently residing in Jakarta. In her free time, Melisa enjoys traveling, watching, and exploring new café and restaurants.

ASSOCIATE

Jessica Pribadi - Associate

Jessica has a background in Marketing and International Business and joined DPO&Co in November 2020.

She has been leading an engagement with a PCB manufacturer, focusing on identifying growth levers and operational improvement. She utilizes her marketing skills by designing sales decks and handling the company’s email marketing campaigns. While she specializes in BPO, she also supported the team on consulting, ranging from a growth strategy, market, and regulatory DD to an on-site supplier audit diligence, but recently shifted back to BPO leading new projects ranging from creating financial budgeting / projection with specific requests from the CFO and Finance Director of a consumer research company and handling its month-end corporate credit card reconciliation and other finance back-office functions.

During her internship at a $26B global FMCG company, Jessica did a 6-month operational improvement thesis project on the company’s marketing operations department and was able to improve the overall efficiency due to higher print process quality, shortened full product lifecycle, and increased cost savings.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Management in International Business from Petra Christian University, Indonesia, and BSc in Marketing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands.

From dreaming to work at Pixar to having landed a job at a consulting firm, Jessica still loves digital illustration, design, comic books, and music in her free time.

Vivi Darmalim - Associate

Vivi joined DPO&Co in March 2022 with a background in Supply Chain and International Business.

She has been leading engagement with major clients, focusing on daily and month-end financials and accounting support as well as HR system migrations. She utilizes her supply chain knowledge to lead engagement with PCBA clients, including other areas such as marketing campaign, analytics, and operational reporting activities related to inventory, production, and shipping.

Prior to DPO&Co, Vivi was involved in FP&A, focusing on end-to-end strategic planning including EU standard reporting and business review packages across 16 countries. In another experience, Vivi was involved in maintenance of the master data for 20 countries as well as led a team to focus on ERP implementation and business development.

Vivi earned her Bachelor of Management in International Business from Petra Christian University, Indonesia, and BSc in Marketing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. Vivi is a Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA), Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), and QuickBooks Desktop Certified.

Vivi loves running, enjoys being in nature and spends her free time reading books.

Anuj Sharma - Associate

Anuj has a background in Strategy and Finance and joined DPO&Co in April 2024.

Before DPO&Co, Anuj spent close to 1.5 years at KPMG in the restructuring division as a Consultant and gained experience in financial analysis and due diligence.

Joining DPO&Co as an Associate, he has been involved in various due diligence projects in the strategy consulting team and assists on outreach campaigns and deal sourcing projects.

Anuj earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

In his free time, he enjoys sports, working on automobiles and following the stock market.

Smiley Mittal - Associate

Smiley has a background in Strategy and Marketing and joined DPO&Co in April 2024.

Before DPO&Co., Smiley spent close to 3 years at Bain and Company’s offshore delivery center as an Associate and gained experience in data analytics, customer experience strategy and due diligence.

Joining DPO&Co as an Associate, she has been involved in various due diligence projects in the strategy consulting team and assists on outreach campaigns and deal sourcing projects.

Sr. Business Analyst

Nadia Saputri - Sr. Business Analyst

Nadia has a background in International Relations and joined DPO&Co in September 2020 .

She joined DPO&Co as a Junior Analyst intern, and since then Nadia had been exposed to several market and growth strategy due diligence projects for PE firms in various industries ranging from nuclear energy, agriculture, field services to cosmetology school. She also has been actively assisting many BPO projects such as leading an outreach campaign of a potential acquisition project, assisting customer outreach projects, and helping a deal sourcing project.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a student intern at a leading financial advisory firm in Jakarta where she supported the team to formulate financial strategies for clients. During her study, Nadia also worked as staff in her campus’ language center and teacher assistant in an art academy as her side hustles.

Nadia earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from President University, Indonesia.

Currently residing in Bali, Indonesia, Nadia enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and exploring new cafe in her free time.

Lionita Wijaya - Sr. Business Analyst

Lionita has a background in accounting and earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from BINUS University, Indonesia.

Joined DPO April 2021 with experience working for a tax consulting company handling companies’ tax reports and joined one of Indonesia’s e-commerce companies on their accounting and tax division team.

At DPO&Co, Lionita is leading the BPO engagement in building financial reporting and AP reconciliation. She also supports the team in market diligence and competitive analysis for clients in various industries.

Currently resides in Bali, Indonesia. In Lionita’s free time, she enjoys reading books, watching movies/tv series, and doing pilates.

Shania Griselda - Sr. Business Analyst

Shania has a background in Corporate Finance and joined DPO&Co in May 2021.

Prior to joining DPO&Co, she interned at a palm oil company as a financial analyst intern, where she was actively involved in analyzing the Accounts Receivable Statements. She has solid knowledge about marketable securities and technical analysis for stock trading, through active participation in capital markets.

Shania earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, doing various workouts, trying out new coffee shops, and traveling.

Christina Aprilia - Sr. Business Analyst

Christina has a background in International Business and joined DPO&Co in August 2021.

Prior to joining DPO&Co, she has experience as an analyst in Indonesia’s leading firms. She was an intern in the worldwide Tobacco Company and Indonesia’s biggest gas-producing company. During her internship, she was responsible for handling and analyzing Accounts Receivable Statements for the Indonesian market. She was also involved in a digital payment transformation project that enables cashless transactions, increasing efficiency in the sales and reconciliation process.

At DPO&Co, Christina is part of the BPO team, leading the engagement in assisting clients’ market research studies for various industries ranging from Consumer goods, Food & beverage, and Cosmetic companies. She also supports the consulting team in market diligence and competitive analysis for clients in various industries.

Currently residing in Surabaya, Christina enjoys traveling, watching movies, and doing various workouts in her free time.

Leandro Eka Yawinata - Sr. Business Analyst

Leandro has a background in Chemical Engineering and joined DPO&Co in November 2021.

Since joining DPO&Co, he has been involved in leading several BPO projects such as assisting data migration from client’s ERP system to its new e-commerce platform, support an aviation and aerospace supplier in processing their vendor package parts purchases & uploads, and other back-office functions. Because of that he also got exposed in using Acumatica (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), Asana, and Tableau Prep.

Prior to joining DPO&Co, he worked as a logistic support & dashboard analyst at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, assisting the team in reducing the time spent on creating a logistic report by developing a semi-automated excel model and achieve freight cost savings by analyzing logistic information and optimizing the delivery routes. Additionally, he has also interned at a waterglass (sodium silicate) company as a process engineer intern, where he was actively involved in analyzing and providing solution to increase the efficiency of the factory furnace.

Leandro earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Bandung Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR).

In his free time, Leandro enjoys watching movies, playing games, reading comic books, listening to EDM/Pop music, and building gundam models.

Gabriela Clara - Sr. Business Analyst

Gabriela has a background in International Business Management and Marketing and joined DPO&Co in October 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriela earned her Bachelor of Management in International Business from Petra Christian University, Indonesia, and BSc in Marketing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. She then spent a year in Indonesia’s fastest growing logistic company as an assistant accounting manager.

Joining DPO&Co as a business analyst, she has supported several due diligence projects which include market sizing and research as well as competitive and value creation analysis on ag equipment distributor, HVAC service provider, ETP compounder, and Greek food service provider.

Teuku Fasa - Sr. Business Analyst

Fasa has a background in Process Engineering and joined DPO&Co in March 2022.

Since joining DPO&Co as a Business Analyst, Fasa has been involved in numerous projects and analyses. These include an operational improvement project for one of the largest border-crossing logistics companies, where he worked directly under the interim CEO of the company. He was responsible for building customized monthly operations and financial reports. Additionally, Fasa conducted a geographic expansion analysis. In this project, he identified the optimal location for a new warehouse for the HVAC E&O Company. His analysis resulted in potential savings of up to 23% in transportation costs.

Before joining the firm, Fasa earned his Bachelor of Science in Bioenergy/Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. He then spent several months as a Process Engineer intern at an oil and gas company. During this time, he participated in a national priority project that involved executing a pilot test for 100% biodiesel production using palm oil as a raw material. After that, he worked as a research analyst at a local boutique consulting company for several months.

Sr. Survey Analyst

Aliyuslita - Sr. Survey Analyst

Aliyuslita had earned a Master of Science in Innovation Business from Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from President University.

Prior to joining DPO&Co, Aliyuslita worked on a start-up project SPIGN and dealt with customers by implementing design thinking methods to build an idea based on their needs and pitched to potential customer and investors. She joined a global consulting competition that allowed her team to work on a suitable and more beneficial innovation project for a client in Boston. During her employment in the manufacturing Industries, she had an experience as an Industrial Engineer focusing on the project of improvement and was involved in a team project of supply chain and logistics. Recently, in a multinational team as Junior Project Manager Industry at Brainnest, she obtained international exposure through programs in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Currently, in the BPO team of DPO&Co, Aliyuslita is assigned to work directly on a client's project following US time.

Aliyuslita enjoys swimming, travelling, solving riddles, reading, and listening to music.
