Purnomo Putra - Vice President
Purnomo has over a decade of management consulting experience in various industries ranging from CPG, Telecom, Manufacturing & Process Industries, Aviation, Media, Retail and Private Equity.
He primarily focuses on operational & financial due diligence and improvement, end to end supply chain and network optimization, organization transformation, and growth strategy. He was previously an Engagement Manager with A.T. Kearney in Chicago, Kuala Lumpur and Indonesia.
Purnomo completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University in New York.
Currently, he resides in Jakarta and globe trots to run engagements both on site and remotely. In his free time, Purnomo enjoys hiking, traveling, swimming, and playing drums.

Avik Basu - Consulting Director
Avik has 15+ years of management consulting and M&A advisory experience in industries ranging from Manufacturing, Financial Services, Utilities, and Private Equity. His functional experience lies in commercial due-diligence, carve-out due diligence, post-merger integration, Target Operating Model, stand alone cost analysis, business Transformation, and process re-engineering.
Prior to DPO, Avik was a Director with PwC’s Deals Advisory business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and his MBA from Yale School of Management.
After spending 6 years in New York, he currently resides in New Delhi, India. In his free time, Avik likes playing table tennis, taking on organization and decluttering projects, and personal finance coaching for the underserved.
Raman Khunger - TAS Director
Raman is a strategic transaction leader with more than 16 years of experience across financial due diligence, complex cross border M&A, carve outs, spin offs, and corporate finance. He has led and reviewed over 100 global diligence engagements for PE funds and strategic buyers, bringing deep expertise in financial due diligence for buy side, sell side, and carve out transactions, regulatory compliance and litigation, audit and assurance, and deal analytics and automation.
Previously, he served as Executive Director in EY’s Strategy & Transactions practice. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, India, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) through ICAI India.
Raman currently resides in New Delhi, India and enjoys continuously learning about AI and emerging technologies. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing cricket, and sharing his expertise through teaching and mentoring in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and investing.
Manager
Melisa - BPO Manager
Melisa joined DPO&Co in August 2021 as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Manager.
She studied and graduated from Australian Catholic University majoring in Commerce and has years of experience working for both Australian and Indonesian companies with a strong background in business advisory and accounting.
Prior to joining the firm, she has successfully assisted foreign direct investors to incorporate the company process in Indonesia through implementing the fundamental understanding of the Indonesian market and helped in areas such as business process outsourcing and company establishment process.
Additionally, she has also worked as a consultant providing a wide range of services for both corporate and individual clients including advisory services, accounting, individual and corporate taxation, corporate establishment, payroll administration, human resource compliance and payroll administration, and other Adhoc - administrative tasks.
Melisa is currently residing in Jakarta. In her free time, Melisa enjoys traveling, watching, and exploring new café and restaurants.
Dhanwal Batra - TAS Senior Manager
Dhanwal brings 12+ years of experience in financial due diligence (spanning buy-side and sell-side transactions, carve-outs and spin-offs, deal analytics and automation), regulatory compliance and litigation, and audit. At DPO&Co, he leads financial due diligence engagements across the firm's principal investments and external client transactions.
Prior to joining DPO&Co, Dhanwal held senior roles at EY in Strategy & Transactions, leading mid-market deals with Private Equity clients and multi-billion-dollar transactions with Fortune 100 clients in the Industrials, Chemicals, and Automotive sectors. He also worked at Bharti Airtel in Regulatory Finance.
Dhanwal is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and has completed an Executive Program in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
He lives in Noida, India, with his mother, wife, and daughter. A soccer enthusiast, he enjoys road trips and mentoring younger professionals through school and college groups.
