Our firm has designed a 2-minute survey that covers each critical business function and is intended to be filled by our client's CEO, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sales leaders. The result of the survey will provide insight into the amount of time spent on Transactional, High Judgement and Strategic activities, and will inform the BPO strategy
At the beginning of an engagement, the Asia team is online for the first half of the US working day or full US working day. Once we fully understand the processes, we will work during normal business hours in Asia, leveraging the time zone difference so work product is at the top of your inbox every morning. You will be appointed one Analyst as the main contact, and all positions are trained for redundancy to avoid losing any critical knowledge. Max response time is 12 hours

Each has gone through a rigorous selection process and the robust DPO&Co strategy consulting training to develop basic and advanced business acumen, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI analysis capabilities. As an addition to an excellent team, to ensure quick ramp-up, the team quickly analyzes sample deliverables, assists in documentation of processes that may not exist, develops, and refines Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), accesses data inputs and reports in client ERPs, and facilitates general transition.
We have a robust onboarding process that typically takes 3-4 weeks for our Analysts to learn your processes. While learning, we will build a SOP and start conducting the work in parallel to the current owner (i.e. refresh reports, etc.) for 2 weeks. Once the client is comfortable, we complete 100% of the work, and improve the process along the way
Typically, we don’t use ROI as a metric as there is NO INVESTMENT other than a short amount of up-front time. Our Analysts generally replace a cost that clients incur today in the US. Our clients usually see 20-50% hard cost reduction right away and over time, significant soft cost savings from reduced turnover and absenteeism, lost knowledge, etc.
