Daniel O’Reilly originally founded the company in 2017 to provide middle market clients access to world-class Management Consulting talent without the substantial risk of low Return on Investment. Dan manages all of the company's global stakeholders and has worked with over 75 clients on nearly 200 projects, ranging across industries and functions.
For over 16 years, Dan has built collaborative relationships in Management Consulting and Financial Services. Prior to starting the company, Dan served as an Engagement Manager at A.T. Kearney in Chicago and as a Manager at Morgan Stanley in New York and Europe. Prior to leaving Morgan Stanley for business school, Dan served as a quantitative analyst working with the equity derivatives trading desk and led the effort for Business Process Outsourcing to Eastern Europe.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was also an Evans Scholar, and his MBA from Yale School of Management.
Dan is active with the Western Golf Association Evans Scholar Foundation, where he serves as a member of the Leadership Council. He enjoys performing in stand-up comedy shows, playing golf, building & riding motorcycles, camping and spending time with his wife and four children.
Clint has over a decade of experience in strategic project management, operational improvement, pricing strategy, and contract management. As a driver of change who has spent the last several years of his career solving problems and improving efficiency, where Clint stands out from the pack is in his storytelling ability – taking raw inputs and data, knowing what questions to ask to drive insights, and delivering a plan to solve the issue at hand.
Prior to joining DPO&Co, Clint led several $100M+ projects for United Airlines, focused on improving operational efficiency through technology, process, and infrastructure upgrades. Before his time at United, Clint was a consultant at Navigant Consulting, where he was engaged in forensic accounting, IPO preparation, bank fraud investigation, and IP litigation work streams.
Clint earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Residing in Chicago with his wife and four children, Clint is a passionate college football fan, loves discovering new music and podcasts, enjoys the challenges of real estate investing, and has mastered the 48-hour trip to Europe for a quick escape.
Steven brings over a decade of expertise in financial due diligence and transaction advisory, having executed 70+ transactions spanning from pre-profitability startups to enterprises with EBITDA exceeding $1.3 billion. Steven has led engagements across the transaction lifecycle, including integration / separation planning, TSA management and exit strategies, interim financial leadership, and post-close purchase price adjustments. Known for his analytical precision and collaborative leadership, Steven delivers actionable insights to solve complex financial and operational challenges.
Before joining DPO&Co, Steven spent nearly 13 years at EY, where he began in audit before transitioning into strategy and transactions advisory. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Steven pairs deep technical expertise with forward-looking strategic insights, enabling clients to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and mitigate risks. His cross-industry experience has positioned him as a trusted partner in delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and operational excellence.
Steven earned both his BA and MS in Accounting from Michigan State University, graduating summa cum laude as part of the Honors College. He is a licensed CPA in Michigan and Illinois.
Steven and his wife, Katelyn, live outside Grand Rapids, Michigan, with their four daughters. He enjoys coaching his daughters in basketball, soccer, and softball, sharing his love of sports while building lasting memories. A dedicated community member, Steven serves on multiple nonprofit boards and is an active supporter of the WGA Evans Scholarship program, a life-changing initiative that shaped his own journey.
Geoffrey has over a decade of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and software development. His areas of focus cover complex project management, operational improvement, cost reduction, training development & execution, as well as mentoring & team development.
Prior to joining DPO&Co, Geoffrey rose through the ranks at Kearney (formerly A.T. Kearney) where he held the successive titles of Associate, Manager and Principal. Geoffrey’s project work spanned myriad industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Package Goods and Due Diligence assignments for Private Equity clients. Geoffrey was actively engaged in training delivery for both external clients and internally for Kearney’s own consultants. Prior to consulting, Geoffrey worked for a boutique investment bank in London helping companies raise money through the capital markets and spent his early career writing software for Goldman Sachs.
Geoffrey earned his Master of Science from Imperial College London where he double majored in Mathematics and Computer Science, and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Geoffrey enjoys learning foreign languages. After studying both French and German in high school, he started learning Spanish during the pandemic. He is a dedicated supporter of college football and endeavors to visit a new stadium every year. Geoffrey is an avid traveler, having visited 35+ countries on five continents.
Brian Stumpf joined DPO&Co in 2020 to nourish his enthusiasm for guiding small and mid-size businesses. He enjoys working with management teams and investors to understand their vision, set a plan, and take action to create value. Brian typically manages operational improvement, post-close strategy, and due diligence projects.
For over a decade, Brian has managed teams in rapidly growing business lines, consistently exceeding goals. Prior to joining DPO&Co, Brian led a $500M medical distribution division through four years of expansion at a CAGR of 27% by mapping plans for the most profitable growth, pursuing strategic partnerships, and improving operational efficiency. Before this, Brian worked on the securitization desk at Bank of America.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was an Evans Scholar. He earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and internationally at the London Business School where courses were completed with High Distinction.
Brian enjoys coaching individuals who are working to gain control of their personal finances, is a member of the Evans Scholars Leadership Council, and volunteers with various community organizations. He relishes learning and new experiences and spent 2019 traveling and volunteering with his wife, Alexis. In his free time, Brian enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and camping. He lives in Chicago with his wife and their dog, Canvas.
Quinn joined the firm in January 2022 as a first-year associate and was promoted to Engagement Manager in April 2024.
Quinn has about 5 years’ experience in both Engineering and Strategy Consulting. After interning at ExxonMobil, Siemens and US Bank, he spent several years at ExxonMobil maintaining and improving the mechanical integrity of the equipment at one of the largest Ethane Crackers in the world. He then spent a year as an Engineering consultant in the Oil & Gas sector, before pursuing a role at DPO&Co that focused more on the intersection between business strategy and finance.
Since joining the firm, Quinn has worked on six different projects ranging from a $50M+ procurement effort for a global industrial manufacturer, a market sizing and growth levers diligence for a $30M EBITDA player in the grocery space, and a post-close engagement of a regional PCBA manufacturer to begin identifying, prioritizing, and implementing the highest value growth initiatives.
Quinn graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
In his free time, Quinn enjoys beach volleyball, tennis, running, scuba diving, freediving, and spearfishing.
Chris joined DPO&Co in July 2021 as a first-year Analyst, was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in December 2022, and then to Associate in April 2024.
Throughout his tenure at DPO&Co, Chris has worked on over 30 different consulting projects, including a $100M+ procurement initiative for a global industrial manufacturer, a plethora of market dynamics and M&A strategy assessments in the home services, CPG, and manufacturing industries, and post-close operational process improvement and profitability assessments.
Chris is currently heavily involved in sourcing and executing transactions for DPO&Co Private Investing, and has helped drive the acquisition of one portfolio company in 2024.
Chris earned his B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Economics & Econometrics from the University of Notre Dame.
In his free time, Chris is an avid Chicago sports fan, and enjoys skiing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, playing in competitive basketball leagues and completing the full NYT crossword puzzle (not the Mini!) every day.
Vaanchitha joined DPO&Co in July 2024 with excitement to apply her technology background to small and mid-size businesses. Vaanchitha started her career in financial services and spent three years as an investment banker covering enterprise technology and services. She then worked as Chief of Staff for a Small Ed-Tech company, where she helped with fundraising, growth strategy, and operations, and pitched the company on the first season of Shark Tank India.
Thus far, at DPO&Co, she has focused her work on due diligence projects for our private equity clients. These projects have involved businesses in various industries, including sewer pipes, pool servicing, ballroom dancing, security services, and concrete restoration.
Vaanchitha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Her hobbies include searching for the perfect breakfast burrito, solving jigsaw puzzles, watching TV shows, and discovering great restaurants.
Hadley Harrison joined DPO&Co as an Associate, bringing nearly a decade of experience in strategic operations, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership. Her career began at Accenture in management consulting, where she honed her skills in systems implementation, business process design, and strategic planning across various industries. This foundation proved invaluable as she transitioned to roles at HelloFresh, Butler Hospitality, and Decoded, consistently driving value through data-driven decision-making and operational optimization.
At DPO&Co, Hadley leverages her diverse background to focus on high-impact projects that drive value for the firm's clients and portfolio companies. Her adaptability and collaborative approach, refined through her experiences, enable her to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of DPO&Co's diverse client base, ensuring effective outcomes across various business environments.
Hadley earned her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
In her free time, Hadley is a hot yoga enthusiast, true crime follower, and avid reader. As a professionally trained chef, she also enjoys baking homemade sourdough breads and exploring new culinary experiences.
