Michael Luna - Sr. Business Analyst
Michael joined DPO&Co in March 2023 as a Business Analyst.
He has a degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. During his last semester, he interned in Project Management at the largest oil and gas company in Colombia. Following this experience, he worked as a Project Engineer on residential projects and telecommunications, ensuring the implementation of 5G in the central region of Colombia by managing purchase orders, tracking work progress, and handling sites liquidation.
At DPO&Co, Michael has been assisting a major client with operations across the United States, mainly with their accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance, collections, and compliance. He has also been involved in creating dashboards, data analysis, project management, and implementing projects in various aspects of the company.
In his free time, he enjoys learning new languages, programming, and traveling around the country.
Dayana Sánchez - Sr. Business Analyst
Dayana joined DPO&Co as a Business Analyst in January 2023, bringing extensive expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and strategic marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both Summa Cum Laude from Tecnológica de Bolívar University, Business School. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution.
Dayana has held roles as an Accounting Specialist, research assistant, intern at Sociedad Portuaria de Cartagena, and researcher at Université de Sherbrooke, Quebec. Her functional expertise includes accounting and finance, data analysis, market research, process improvement, strategic marketing, and executive assistance.
In her career, she has supported a $1M US non-alcoholic liquor company in ERP processes, provided executive administrative support, led expense reporting for a consulting and PE company, and analyzed international markets. She has also standardized port logistics processes and reconciled over 10 bank accounts for a company valued at over $1M USD.
Dayana enjoys swimming, listening to music, and traveling in her free time.
